Meet Dr. Felicia Ivey

Dr. Felicia Ivey OTD, MS, OTR/L is the CEO and Founder of Sleep for Wellness, LLC.  She has over 10 years of clinical research experience and helps her clients live healthier, happier, and more productive lives by developing good sleep hygiene habits. Dr. Ivey works with individuals and corporations to develop custom sleep hygiene programs and evaluates daily behaviors and environmental barriers that contribute to poor sleep.


As a busy healthcare clinician, businesswoman, and Mom of two, she knows the incredible power of adequate rest. Dr. Ivey loves seeing her clients perform better and achieve their desired level of success. She uses her proven methodology backed by research to help people discover the hidden superpower of sleep for improvements in health and productivity.

Dr. Ivey enjoys cheering on her Ohio State Buckeyes, spending time with family, creating a restful home environment, and is passionate about making a difference!

Why Sleep Matters

The National Sleep Foundation states that 1 and 3 Americans are not getting the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep. This leads to problems with long-term health issues including early-onset dementia, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight gain to name a few.
